Purchases and Enrolments
All purchases and enrolments on our website www.justinphotoartist.nz are subject to confirmation from JustinPhotoArtist. You will receive an email confirming completion of your order or purchase. Once this confirmation is received any cancelations and refunds will be as specified by our Refund policy below. All prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST if applicable.
Payments can be made by creditcard through a secure payment process on our website. When payment has been received we will send you an email confirming your purchase.
A full refund or credit of purchases or enrolments paid will be offered if JustinPhotoArtist cancels any walking tour prior to the start date. You will be notified of any such refunds at least 24 hours prior to the start date. If a participant has to cancel due to an emergency you can apply to us for a refund or credit. This needs to be received within 24 hours of scheduled start date. These are considered on an individual basis.
Intellectual property rights
All copyright, trade marks, design rights, photography and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) on this website is the property of JustinPhotoArtist and/or third parties who have given permission to us for use of this property. Please respect this and do not download images, copy content or plagiarise design elements without the express permission of JustinPhotoArtist.
Occasionally we like to take photographs for future publicity purposes. If you object to us using these photographs then please advise us immediately.
Health and Safety
Please remember that you are responsible for your own health and safety and you should report any health and safety concerns to your walking tour leader. You should also advise us of any health concern or medical condition that may require special consideration.
